License Agreement for ChatGPTGold

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (INDIVIDUAL OR SINGLE ENTITY) AND Observer & Creator ("Author"). By downloading, installing or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL AND USE THE SOFTWARE. If you have downloaded or installed the software, you should delete the software from your system and destroy all copies.

This EULA Agreement applies to your purchase and use of our ChatGPTGold software ("Software"), either directly from Observer & Creator or indirectly through an Observer & Creator Authorized Reseller or Distributor ("Reseller").

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the ChatGPTGold software. It provides a license to use the ChatGPTGold software and includes warranty information and disclaimers.

If you sign up for a free trial version of ChatGPTGold software, this EULA agreement will also apply to that trial version. By clicking "Accept" or installing and/or using the ChatGPTGold software, you confirm your acceptance of the software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such permission or do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND DO NOT ACCEPT THIS EULA.

This EULA applies only to the software provided by Observer & Creator herewith, regardless of whether other software is mentioned or described herein. These terms also apply to any Observer & Creator updates, supplements, Internet-based services and support services for the Software, unless those items are delivered with other terms. If so, these terms apply.

License Grant

Observer & Creator hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the ChatGPTGold software on your device in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You can load ChatGPTGold software under your control (e.g. PC, laptop, phone or tablet). It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for the ChatGPTGold software.

Limit

You must not: Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise alter all or any part of the Software, nor allow the combination or incorporation of all or any part of the Software with any other software, nor decompilation , disassemble or reverse engineer software or attempt to do any such thing

Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or otherwise use the software for any commercial purpose

allow any third party to use the software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party

use the software in any manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law

Use the software for any purpose that Observer & Creator believes violates this EULA

Rights reserved

The author reserves the right to discontinue support for the software and to change the price, features, specifications, capabilities, functionality, license terms, release date, general availability or other characteristics of the software at any time.

Disclaimer

Observer & Creator is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or financial loss resulting from the use of this software.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. Upon such termination, the license granted by this EULA will terminate immediately and you agree to cease all access to and use of the Software. After termination of this EULA, the terms that survive by their nature will survive.

Governing Law

This EULA Agreement, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
